How can you lose weight with a proper Diet Plan?

Losing weight can be a big challenge and knowing what to eat and what to completely avoid can be a tricky business. It’s important to know that cutting down on essential nutrients and starving your body will not do any good to you, it would rather be damaging for your metabolism and over-all normal body function.

This diet plan is a nutritionist-approved healthy plan to give you a faster metabolism and make sure your body is not replenished of the important protein, carbs, fats, and minerals. Please follow this strictly and you can see the difference. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water if you want to successfully lose weight.

 

BREAKFAST:

  • 2 Dates
  • 3 Almonds
  • 2 Raisins
  • 1 Cup low-fat milk

Eat them individually or blend them together for a delicious healthy shake.

MID-DAY SNACK:

  • 2 Plums/ 1 peach/ 1 apple
  • ½ Date
  • 1 Almond

LUNCH:

  • 1 Chicken/beef kebab grilled without oil
  • 1 Cucumber
  • ½ Low-fat yogurt/ 1 cup daal soup

EVENING SNACK:

  • 1 Wheatable sugar-free biscuit
  • ½ Date
  • 1 Cup Lemongrass Tea

DINNER:

  • Boiled/grilled (without oil) quarter chicken
  • Boiled/grilled vegetables (asparagus, cabbage, capsicum, onions, lettuce)
  • 1 bran toast (on alternate days)

8+ glasses of water daily.
