  • The ingredients required are half cucumber, 1 slice pineapple, 1 tbsp of aloe vera juice and a cup of water.

Daily consumption of warm lime water in the morning helps in weight loss. In addition, lemon juice is a good source of vitamin C that improves the immune system.

  • The ingredients required are 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 glass of water, 1 tbsp of aloe vera juice and 1 tbsp of honey.
  • Extract lemon juice from 1 lemon into a glass of water.
  • Add 1 tbsp of aloe vera juice to it.
  • Stir it well.
  • Warm it so that the aloe vera gel blends with the liquid.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey to it before drinking it.

METHOD:

  • The ingredients required are a cup of tea, 1 tbsp of ginger juice and 1 teaspoon of aloe vera juice.
  • Add the ingredients like ginger juice and aloe vera juice to a cup of tea.
  • Boil it in order to blend it well.
  • Drink it after 10 minutes.
  • Take this drink mid-afternoon.
