  • After removing the thrones start skinning the leaf from one side. Do not remove the skin of the other side
  • Now scrape out the gel-like pulp from the leaf with the help of a clean scooper and put the pulp directly in a grinder
  • Grind the pulp for 1 minute and you will be left with pure and concentrated Aloe Vera juice

ALOE VERA JUICE & HONEY :

Method :

  • To make this drink, take 1/2 spoon of the concentrated Aloe Vera juice prepared through the above-mentioned process and then mix it in 1 glass of slightly warm water.
  • Now add 1 spoon of honey to this water, mix well and your drink is ready.
  • As in this case you are using only 1/2 spoon of the raw aloe vera juice, hence you can daily consume two to three glasses of this juice.

ALOE VERA JUICE & GINGER :

Method :

  • Grate some fresh ginger roots and squeeze out the juice. Now add 1/2 spoon of this ginger juice and 1/2 spoon of the raw Aloe Vera juice in one glass of slightly warm water.
  • Mix well and drink.
  • Sprinkling a bit of salt will also add to the taste, but be cautious about how much salt you add as it can increase water retention in the body making you look fat.

  • Mix 1/2 spoon of the raw Aloe Vera juice in slightly warm 1 glass of water and add 1 spoon lemon juice to it.

Method:

  • You can easily prepare Aloe Vera juice with orange juice to get the best weight loss benefits without compromising with the taste.
