  • Chop the cucumbers and add them to the blender with 1 to cups of water.
  • Strain the cucumber into the pitcher.
  • Discard pulp of cucumbers and then add ice.
  • Heat the 1 and ½ cups of water.
  • Add honey and lemon over ice and cucumber water.
