WALNUT BANANA SHAKE

METHOD:
Take handful of walnuts, ½ apple, 1 banana and 1 cup of almond or coconut milk.
Add coconut/almond milk, apple, banana and walnuts in a blender.
Blend them until smooth.
Add any sweetener if you like.
Consume chilled.

ALMOND SHAKE

Take 1 to 2 tablespoons organic almond butter, 1 glass of almond milk, 1 tablespoons of chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of jaggery.
Add almond milk along with almond butter in a blender.
Blend them until smooth or frothy.
Add chia seeds and jaggery.
Blend it again well.

STRAWBERRY CASHEW SHAKE

METHOD:
Take 2 cups of fresh and sweet strawberries, ½ cup of cashew nuts, ½ cup of fresh cream and milk for consistency.
Add frozen strawberries, cream and cashew nuts into a blender.
Blend well for a smooth and thick texture.
Add milk for consistency.
Consume it during breakfast.

SPINACH SHAKE

METHOD:
Take 1 glass of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of flax seed powder, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and handful spinach.
Add spinach and almond milk to a mixer grinder.
Blend them together until smooth.
There should be no spinach pieces left in it.
Then, add in flax seed powder with chia seeds.
Blend it again.
You may add honey to it.
